Abstract: Gromov first introduced Gromov-Hausdorff distance for metric spaces in 1981. Based on Gromov's compactness theorem, any sequence of n-manifolds with uniform lower Ricci curvature bounds always exists a subsequence converging to a metric space. In this talk, we will introduce some recent developments of the study of the limit metric spaces.
