报告题目：School Colloquium——On the regularity theory of optimal partial transport problem

Abstract: In a recent work, we developed some new techniques dealing with the boundary regularity of the classical optimal transport map. Moreover, these techniques enable us to resolve an open problem about the higher order regularity of the optimal partial transport map and the smoothness of the associated free boundary. In this talk, we will discuss these results. This is based on a joint work with Jiakun Liu and Xu-Jia Wang.

Bio: 陈世炳，2001-2008年在北京大学数学科学学院学习，获得学士及硕士学位。2008-2013年在多伦多大学数学系学习，获博士学位。曾在MSRI，澳洲国立大学做博士后研究。2018年至今在中国科学技术大学任教，研究方向为非线性偏微分方程及应用。
