近日学校收到德国亥姆霍兹国家研究中心联合会北京代表处发来的有关欧盟科研项目的申请参考信息，供有意申请欧盟项目的科研人员参考。
欧盟在2006年2月15日公布新一轮的招标，专门鼓励中国等第三国加入到欧盟的开展中项目里（过去是需要联合多个伙伴共同申请立项和经费，现在是中方申请加入到现在进行中的项目，并单边获得研究经费，以及在接待单位那边的相应费用。当然前提是欧方项目的Consortium确认有中方参与可以更好更快地完成相关科研活动）。招标通知的网址是http://icadc.cordis.europa.eu.int/fep-cgi/srchidadb?CALLER=EN_NEWS&ACTION=D&RCN=25220&DOC=3&CAT=NEWS&QUERY=1。
Call for proposals for participation of third countries in FP6 projects

The European Commission has published a call for proposals to promote the participation of partners from targeted third countries in projects for which contracts are already signed or under negotiation in priority thematic areas of research.
The call addresses countries in the following regions: Africa; Caribbean; Pacific; Asia; Latin America; Mediterranean; Russia and new independent states; Western Balkans. A comprehensive list is available from the reference below.
The total indicative budget for the call is 20 million euro, broken down as follows:
Priority 1 - Life sciences, genomics and biotechnology for health: 3 million euro;
Priority 3 - Nanotechnologies and nanosciences: 3.6 million euro;
Priority 4 - Aeronautics: 1.9 million euro;
Priority 5 - Food quality and safety: 2.5 million euro;
Priority 6.1 - Sustainable development - sustainable energy systems: 3.2 million euro;
Priority 6.2 - Sustainable development - sustainable surface transport: 1.1 million euro;
Priority 6.3 - Sustainable development - global change and ecosystems: 3.7 million euro;
Priority 7 - Citizens and governance in a knowledge-based society: 1 million euro.
